Capitalism Has You Captivated

      Let me guess, you are fuming regarding the depleted supply of baby formulas as well as inflation and skyrocketing gas prices? But...who are you mad at regarding these matters? I am [fairly] certain that the vast majority of you are NOT focusing your anger on the people who are truly in control of these matters.  Do you believe that Biden is the cause for a full tank of gas becoming a fantasy for you? Do you think he is also why baby formula is more scarce than a Bigfoot sighting? What about inflation?  

     You have been bamboozled by capitalism and captivated by its impeccable propaganda machine.  No president has control over the price of gasoline.  Did you forget that we were LOCKED DOWN for quite a while due to your anti-mask brethren?! Very few were driving and needing to gas up.  Gas companies are making up for the profits they lost during that time.  How else do you think these companies are reporting NOTABLE PROFITS during a PANDEMIC?!

    As far as baby formula, did you forget the "agreement" that Trump forged that DECREASED the importation of certain goods? Yea....the [self-proclaimed] 'great businessman' signed a detrimental deal that is NOW affecting you as a citizen of this mediocre land.  The corporate power struggle is the root of the current inflation issue.  

    By now, I am sure some of you want to argue me to the ground on the points made.  Want to know why you have this urge? You've been captivated by capitalism's propaganda & [modern] politicians' desire to engage in smoke 'n mirrors as opposed to [actually] representing the people.  You are being convinced to point fingers and work harder [& longer hours] as opposed to recognizing the anti-livelihood antics of those increasing the net worth of the top 1%.  

     Still don't believe me? Ask yourself the following questions:

• Why are freebies given to those that can afford to purchase the establishment?
• Why are the ones with the LARGEST profits allowed to pay the LEAST amount of taxes?
• Why are subsidies praised for the rich, yet condemned for all others?
• Why do politicians vote against your best interests as if Congressional voting isn't public?
• Who benefits the most from you believing in the propaganda?

     Now, IF you answered honestly, are you still wound up and wanting to argue? The US is firmly cemented in capitalism.  It has convinced itself that it will crumble without it.  Actually, what will crumble is the domination of the top tier over the majority.  Imagine if you had the key items needed to survive, thrive and [actually] live life instead of struggling to allow life to live you.  Where would you be in life if not crippled with medical or educational debt? Where would you be if higher education was FREE? Where would you be if you didn't have to just take a job that causes you to struggle and stress until you ascend to your ancestors? 

      

     Here's a thought, maybe STOP backing and fueling the machine that keeps you contained to a box of despair? Save the highly publicized "success stories" and step back and look at the picture in its entirety.  What are you working yourself into the grave for? Riches? Fame? Trinkets? Why? When are you able to enjoy them? While on the clock? While wrangling children about town? While you sleep? When does capitalism allow you to "stop and smell the roses?" When does capitalism NOT exploit someone? When does capitalism NOT expect something FREE from you?
