Does Your Employer Worship You?

   

      I know you are more than likely scratching your head at the title.  Don't.  Re-read it.  Answer the question.  Now ask yourself, "Why are politicians being worshipped"? Political figures are the EMPLOYEES of the residents of the nation.  They are NOT gods, demigods, or morality examples.  They are just as replaceable as the teen that you threaten over your jumbo fries being lukewarm in the drive-thru.  It always amazes me that the phrase "the customer is always right" is sooooooo overused UNTIL it comes to who you actually have the power to "fire".  

     Then you are riddled with excuses due to your worship of your employees.

     Now, for the follow-up question.  Why do you segregate your employees into "to be worshipped" and "to be demonized"?   They are ALL tasked with working FOR your best interests and survival.  Why are you hindering your workforce from completing their duties? For those that you favor, you grant unlimited PTO so that they can tour the land telling you how the work they are supposed to do isn't getting done because OTHERs are lazy and less than others. 😏 For those that you have ZERO favor for are too overwhelmed with attacks, heinous phone calls/emails/social media comments, disinformation, and more to be able to offer comprehensible progress in the workflow.

     Moreover....you are shooting the entire country in the foot so that you can bootlick your "golden employees".  

     What business plan was this derived from? What company (formerly) employed you that you garnered these measures from? Was the company successful? Because if you do NOT have a viable example of employee worship being the basis for epic success... why are you so beholden to it? Why are you so (easily) willing to birth tears in the eyes of a cashier because you want to defraud continuously a company for sport, but are unwilling to call out your employees that continuously defraud you? I'll wait...
