The Silence of the Preference Patrol...

     

     Before we begin, let me start by informing you of the Preference Patrol.  You may have heard them referred to as "Red Pill Men" or "Passport Bros".  These are the subset of Black men that LOVE to shout their "preference" for dating anyone BUT Black women anytime they feel that someone will listen.  These men are brimming with racial tropes, misogyny, and internal racism.  

     Don't they sound like amazing "catches"? (In my best sarcastic tone 😂).

    Now that we have that introduction out of the way...let us discuss how quiet they become when their "preference" turns abusive or DEADLY.  They have sooooooo much to say about non-Black women being the pinnacle of womanhood and femininity until one of their brethren becomes the feature of an episode of 'Snapped'.  It is then (and only then) are they unable to GPS themselves to the conversation.

     Recently, this become glaringly evident when audio surrounding the murder of Christian Toby Obumseli at the hands of his Anglo-Saxon, OnlyFans model girlfriend.  Obumseli had notably condemned Black women and declared his overwhelming preference to be White women.  He endured racially fueled abuse to the point that he began to [secretly] record it.  His foresight to record is due to a long-standing history surrounding White women and Black men and false allegations resulting in the DEATH of said man.  

     AMAZING how their "preference" is the most dangerous creature on the planet, BUT we Black women are to be avoided and cause too many issues. 😏

     The Preference Patrol are the same ones that will denigrate Black women to merely collect caricatures of us like Pokemon in the mid-1990s.  They seem to NEED to catch them all and then turn their relationship into a personality trait as well as a targeted attack on their cultural counterparts.  BUUUUUUTTTTTTTTT, when that "prize" turns on them or shows their fetishization or tokenized them....THEN they EXPECT Black women to swoop in and save them.

     UMMMMMMM. NO SIR, you made that bed, get comfy in it.

      Look at Kanye West who has placed non-Black women on pedestals to cry out to who he bypassed when the going got too historically reminiscent.  This is why we KNOW that it is NOT a preference... it's a craving for the default to (attempt to) gain adjacent to the power and privilege of White men.  When something is a preference, it does NOT need to be a constant headline nor does it become one's identity. When you have a preference, you NEVER need to punch down or stereotype any other options.  You bask contently in your enchantment of what tickles your fancy.
