Why is Everything You Don't Understand an Agenda?

     

      Wokeness came about as a reminder to the Black community to remain aware and cognisant of our surroundings and how the world views/treats us. Now it is touted by (some) as "the woke agenda". 😏 As the LGBTQIA+ community moved towards increased inclusivity within the community, there became a "gay agenda". 😏 When CRT was proposed for more than a legal course curriculum ... you guessed it, there was birthed a "reverse racism agenda".

     Moreover, instead of learning terms for understanding and comprehension, they become "agendas" that should be feared and eradicated.  

     Given that a large portion of the "American Way" is fear-mongering, it is not surprising that anything that moves the pendulum towards equity becomes what goes bump in the dark for patriots.  The good ol boys of society have NO desire for the playing field to become equitable.  They want to continue to become "well-to-do" via the path of mediocracy.  They want to remain comfortably tucked away in their "closets" as they weaponize the patriarchy in order to have hospice care via marriage.  They don't want their descendants to know how much hypocrisy and hate they harbor for those that have to steal, kill and (try) to destroy.

     It is far past time for society to be asked why it consistently has itself fearful of what it should be embracing and numb or blind to the actual harms lurking about.  Think about it, we are told to reject and fear what would benefit us all while left as "sitting ducks" when it comes to sex trafficking, abuse, murder, grifting, police brutality, and more.  

    Just because you choose to NOT understand something, it does NOT make it an "agenda".

     ESPECIALLY when Evangelical Christians are the ones with an [actual] agenda of forcing people into the confines of the rules they have dictated as necessary.  NO member of the LGBTQIA+ community is (intentionally) showing up to heterosexual spaces/events to harass anyone.  There are ONLY conversion camps that are run via CHRISTIANS.  Educators, historians, etc ARE NOT calling for books to be banned or burned.  Those desiring and requiring EQUITY are NOT invading opposing protests to give the impression that they are criminally aggressive.  

     Let me also ask you this... why are so many so quick to pretend that those calling themselves patriots are (generally) the ones utilizing VIOLENCE to force their desired way of life?  Followup question ... why are so many buying into their conspiracy theories and blatant lies when it comes to those they target as "agenda" participants? 

     Are you suspending research and ushering in me-search for your own comfort?
