A Black Candidate Does NOT Guarantee the Black Vote

 Dear GOP,

     I realize that within your hyper-racist minds, you think that Black people merely navigate life as a monolith.  We DO NOT.  We look for substance when choosing who will represent the Black diaspora within the confines of the US borders.  Simply plucking an athlete or an entertainer that happens to be Black is NOT enough to sway the entirety of the diaspora to become lemmings for your anti-best interests platform.  We are MORE than our skin.  What connects us is far deeper than you could ever fathom.

     Hopefully, the election between Pastor Raphael Warnock and Herschel Walker taught you something.  You paraded Walker about KNOWING that he was NOT qualified for the position of Senator.  You merely utilized him as a token to smokescreen Black people into believing that you are no longer racist. 😏 Walker was LITERALLY saddled with "handlers" (Ted Cruz & Lindsey Graham) due to his utter incompetence and the intent of the GOP to have him as no more than decoration.

     Consistently, the Grand Ol Party reminds us of who they are and what their ideals are when it comes to those not so easily defeated by walking in the light of day.  Placing Black man vs Black man in a political realm was their best strategy as opposed to finding a candidate with similar credentials to Pastor Warnock. 😏 They truly view us as extras in their magical minstrel show.

     With staunch supporters and paid tokens including the likes of Candace Owens, the Hodge Twins, Armstrong Williams, Allen West, and more... conservatives could NOT find a viable token candidate? The midterm election in Georgia told us volumes about how conservatives view Black people overall.  Even when you stand with them, they do NOT see you as intelligent or qualified for (actual) leadership.  

     Do NOT attempt to bring up social media praise... evolve and realize it is simple pandering to keep the coons toeing the line.

     Misconceptions that lead to political strategies such as this are due to White people ear hustling the Black community and NOT understanding the culture or community in any capacity.  They take our joking as our stance.  they misinterpret our AAVE and believe that have infiltrated.  They take "I support everyone Black" as literal removing the unspoken nuance that we abide by.  

     Moreover, until you remodel the table and afford us seating...STOP trying to use us as the current one's legs.  We are NOT obligated to follow the "Balck spokesperson" that you designate off of the cliff and into your clinches.  😏
