No More Revisionist MLK

      It is 2023 and FAR past time to STOP with the revisionist history surrounding Dr. King.  He was NOT diet Malcolm X and White people were NOT praising him in droves prior to them KILLING him and others.  Hang up the chopped and screwed watered-down quotes meant to object to Black people shedding light on our experiences within society today and historically.  

    Today is NOT the day for you to PRETEND to care about racism and who it targets because you still remember the speech you were forced to memorize in third grade.😏

     We do NOT need to be bombarded with "I have a dream" snippets and anecdotes you do not live by or believe in.  We ALL know that when the clock strikes midnight, you will return to acting as if the Civil Rights Era was eons ago and as if slavery has NOT had lasting effects on society.  Additionally, it is time to STOP using this leader's legacy and name as representation for conservatism when his life was dedicated to CHANGE and NOT upholding the status quo.  

     Dr. King was NOT about maintaining what old rich White men needed for their comfort and privilege.  

     Cease trying to force-feed the Black community this whitewashed bs so that you can continue to protect the systems you claim were abolished.  We are well aware of what the Civil Rights Movement existed to accomplish, and no revision will erase that.  The communities that Dr. King fought for unequivocally understand that YOU NEED to water down his legacy to place him into the "acceptable negro box" so that you can WEAPONIZE his life against those CONTINUING his plight.  

    Moral of the blog... find a new shtick post haste.  This one is TIRED.
