Banning everything non-white: The American Way

      After DECADES of the US trying to gaslight Back, Brown, Indigenous People of Color into thinking that racism was no longer in existence... Trump resurged the overtness while DeSantis overhauled its mechanisms.  Currently, we are seeing an uprising in the banning of all things non-white throughout the land... originating in the cesspool that is Florida.  

    Wokeness has been deemed the new boogeyman as well as the latest buzzword for Karens within school systems.

     It only takes a SINGULAR parent for [actual] history to be hidden from a school entirely.  Not very democratic of this "land of the free' now is it.  It leaves you to wonder where are the residents of the 'home of the brave" as all of this is occurring.  Are they too busy with their fantastical culture wars or are their hands too occupied with trying to cover for the massive arrests of the clergy at the moment?

     The world may never know. 😏

     For those that want to continue to proclaim that the US is such a diversity-friendly nation, explain why [far too many] residents want this "melting pot" to become bland with a singular ingredient.  I would LOVE to know what happened to the main component of the nation's (global) PR campaign of "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

     Oh, that's right... the name of the game here is to assimilate into the US definition of whiteness.  😏

     Long gone are the days of covert racism.  Overt erasure is the contemporaneous "name of the game" and the "claim to fame" for conservative politicians.  The 1950s mentality of separation with no desire for equality has emerged as the "American way', giving boomers and their lineage a last hooray.  The nostalgia that has been craved by the hoodless klan for decades is forcibly becoming a way of life.  The groundhog day of unlearned [factual] history is framed for the comfortability of whiteness ignoring that of those systemically marginalized within US borders.  

     Moreover, the mantra of 2023 USA is; "Don't say, Black.  Don't say, Brown.  Don't say, Indiginous. Don't say, People of Color. Just say, white is right." 😏
