The Sheep States of the US

      For a nation that continuously markets itself as "free thinking" and lives as if it is individualistic... the vast majority of its residents are the furthest from either.  We are in SHAMBLES due to a lack of education, research, and independent thought.  An online meme, a fabricated tale that includes a "friend" or "family member" as the subject seems to be all most need to be swayed into a vile herd mentality.  

      Why do you think that we are currently engulfed in a war against "wokeness" while the soldiers in the battle can't define "woke"?

     A MINUTE amount of people within the country take the time to educate themselves and try to spread what they have learned to the masses.  The problem is that it is more entertaining, profitable, and popular to engage in disinformation and misinformation.  There are far too many that are willing to LIE to the public and perpetuate [unneeded] discourse.  From the common citizen to top influencers to politicians have made their personas the delivering of falsehoods that they have convinced their public they need to fight against.

     Yet the fights that need to be fought are NOT addressed.

      Every week there is a new "boogeyman" for us to be wary of as actual harm is continued by those that look eerily like those telling us that what goes bump in the night is black, brown, to LGBTQIA+.😏 They excuse aways the churches and politicians that have engaged in illegal and harmful behaviors...but are pushing legislation against Drag Queens and the Trans community.  😏 Why? To give those that have little to nothing the feeling of moral superiority over another so that they will NOT focus on their lives being spun upside down...yet again.  

     Moreover, too many people within the US would rather "own the libs", and call each other "snowflakes" and "sheep" than pay attention to the land of the free becoming the land of the led off of the [proverbial] cliff.
