Less than ONE month after a tragic MASS shooting in Nashville, TN the week began with one in Louisville, KY. A young man decided that being "put on notice" that he may lose his job was enough fodder to injure and murder co-workers. Additionally, due to the lack of action combined with the narrative surrounding the likes of
Kyle Rittenhouse,
Ashi Babbit, and (most recently)
Daniel Perry the drive to immortalize such events caused the shooter to LIVE STREAM DEATH & DESTRUCTION.
STOP saying their names and making excuses for them just so you can continue to bootlick for the NRA and the GOP.
Cease with the trope-filled talking points regarding Chicago and Detroit and face the reality that STRAIGHT, WHITE MEN are depleting our Populus simply because of their fear of equity, losing their ability to be mediocre and successful and/or the reality that they are being told NO. Mental health DOES NOT cause one to decide to live out GTA fantasies with firearms that should be reserved for the MILITARY singularly.
Especially when you choose to blame the VICTIMS of police brutality and Blue Lives delivered DEATH.
Rather than protecting residents of this hypocritical nation, politicians are fighting to profit from NRA lobbying and working to pardon white men that CHOOSE to hunt down those that differ from them. What happened to this being the "home of the brave"? To me, it appears to be the home of the lies and the and of the protect the guns above all else. 😏 Too many are far too vigorous in fighting AGAINST INCLUSION than they are in PROTECTING the CHILDREN that they are working fervently to be forced into life.
DELETE from your vernacular the hideous falsehood of "Black on Black crime" and focus on the SLAUGHTER of your family, friends, and neighbors.
It is far past the time to release ourselves of the US tradition of individualism. You can no longer care when tragedy occurs in your backyard or when it affects YOUR inner circle. We are ALL connected whether we like it or not. We are all one breath away from having to hide for our lives!!!! As much as you LOVE to scream about the 1st & 2nd amendments...how will you gather and enjoy your Elmer Fudd live-action fanfiction lifestyles if gatherings garner expiration or severe injury (mental, emotional, and physical)?
Leave thoughts & prayers next to your holy book on the nightstand. FINALLY put in the WORK. Have you forgotten that "faith without works is dead"(James 2:26)?
