Hiding Behind Party: How to Deny Truth & Facts

      

     Republicans have quite the history of declaring that Democrats are lazy, jobless and relying on GOP tax dollars to survive in the US.  With this rhetoric, one may wonder if republicans only live near/next to fellow republicans.  We know that is false. Cities are a combination of GOP, Democrat, Independent and non-voting (or unable to vote) residents.  They tend to make their focal point on party affiliation as a method of ignoring sharing the struggles they vote themselves into.

Why admit that you and Democrats in a particular area share a median income and plight when you can lie to make yourself and party obsession look better? Perception is everything, right? Even if the perception falls solely within the sight of person trying to sell it. 😏

     Pretending, during the course of conversation, that ones entire surrounding area is composed of their political party is their cloak of [pseudo] sanity.  They can exist in a fantasy of their civic choices NOT being behind why they must work themselves into the grave in order to sustain mamaw in her twilight years.  Rejecting the reality that desiring no forward motion has negative impacts on them, gives them just enough comfort that they can continue to fantasize about being as wealthy and powerful as the politicians, etc that they fangirl over.

Also, keep in mind that diminishing everything to party lines increases the ease of NOT seeing ones fellow man as [completely] human.

     When you train your mind to focus on an entity, you are more willing to delete an offering of humanity to those that do not [precisely] mirror your ideologies.  This is becoming blazingly clear under the umbrella of the ever branching GOP.  They have NO issue demonizing those that do NOT tow the (imaginary) line of the subset they covet the most.  this is why MAGAdonians are so expeditiously willing to threaten and/or cause physical harm to those that do NOT fawn over their tangerine tyrant of a leader.  Consider why so many years post Reagan and his “11th amendment’, Republican politicians hold steadfast to it.  No disparaging or truth telling, in public, about their parliamentary cohorts.  Behind the safety and security of closed doors they allow the truth to flow, regardless of the detriment delivered to the nation they proclaim to dearly love. 😏

When power is the true goal, who really cares who is kept healthy, safe and fruitful? Right?

     Moreover, when the GOP allows themselves the privilege of focusing on parties, they can easily avoid focusing on civic duty and mankind.  They can lie, cheat, steal, demean and increase the inner circle of wealth via their voting prowess.
