Predictably Preditory

     

 

     A viral (internet-based) thought experiment received an adaptation recently and those NOT asked the query proved the responses glaringly true.  The question was posed to BLACK WOMEN, who were asked to choose between white men and white women (cliff note version).  Overwhelmingly, the response was that white men would be their choice.  Although, there were white women who understood why and others who listened, read, and learned...there were white women who just HAD to fight to gaslight the assessment.  Each of the melanin deficient decided to proclaim that ALL women should be in solidarity with one another let their actions confirm the honesty that was reccounted numerous times.  The Tiktok creator (@WhiteWomanWhisperer) was reported so vigorously that she was relieved from her ability to monetize on the app.  

     But white women pose no threat to Black women, right? We have such monumental shared experiences...correct? We are but one enormous sisterhood of patriarchy battle...right? Sure we are...if you have the privilege of consistently turning a blind eye and gaslighting others into laboring for your sole benefit.  This reigns true if you are the infantilized [societal] default damsel in distress that has never been held to account for the egregious oppression that they cloak themselves with while [simultaneously] trying to cosplay the [perceived] oppression of melanated women that they window-shop.  

   What white women, once again, showed that they ONLY find comfort in being centered and celebrated.  All else causes an inner rage that causes their big feelings to attack until the enemy (in their crazed craniums) has been humbled to a level they deem sufficiently beneath themselves.  Their goal is NOT unity...not even among their own community of women.  It is to garner the power that their male counterparts yield while remaining the [patriartical] standard of dainty womanhood.  Moreover, they want to be threatening but not appear to be a threat.  

   Why? How is this a benefit to them? Precisely what just occurred.  They can gaslight while cosplaying goodness while requiring (and garnering) saving and protecting.  They are FIRMLY aware of the power that they carry about... they simply enjoy the theatrics of pretending that no one knows and that it isn't so.  This eternal game of make-believe allows them the ability to also villainize melanated ladies as they labor away for equity.  It allows them to hide their wicked intentions in plain sight with little (before) pushback, etc.  Whereas white men are encouraged and rewarded for being blunt and unadulterated in their displays of racism....white women recognize that to maximize their return on racism they must straddle the fence of management.n They must "play nice" with ALL men and Black women.  this guarantees their protection and elevation with little (to no) effort/energy on their part.

     Those who have refused (thus far) to deconstruct can (at times) be called in.  What seems to cause their inherent desires to seep into the depths of hiding is the lack of broad support from those who share their reflections and revised racially based culture.  They may enjoy individualizing themselves completely... BUT they need reinforcements or success will elude them...and they know this as well as they know that the sun rises in the morn.
