You Are Who Your Parents & Grandparents Fought Against

     

      For most of my existence on this floating space rock, I have been bombarded with people telling me about their proximity to a WWII vet.  They would beam with pride as they embellished their family member's triumphant victory over the worst of society.  This wasin combination of thousands contending that if they would have been alive [or of age] at the time that Nazi roamed the earth [uniformally] that they would've hid people and fought the good fight.  They indeed would not have.  They are participating in the behavior and ideologies that they maintained, that they were better than.  

     No longer can one PRETEND that they are/were unaware that people making their family's military service or activism their personality traits was nothing more than a smokescreen.  If one can count the "good people" in their family...a good family, they have not.  Additionally, the works of others cannot populate your life's resume.  Hence, why hate, prejudice, bias, phobias, and racism are reigning supreme in a land that has long been marketed as "the land of the free" and welcoming to all creeds and colors.  

     Let us NOT forget that the chains of the Statue of Liberty are hidden from the view of the public and [ever-present] cameras.  All while the US allows her to present the following to visitors to her island of captivity: "Give me your tired, your poor, / Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, / The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. / Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, / I lift my lamp beside the golden door!". 

     The irony is not missed, but its origins are incorrect.  Many of the men and women who followed orders did NOT want to.  Publicly, they revelled in the adoration bestowed upon them for being equipped worker bees.  Privately, they taught their lineage their [actual] beliefs.  They agreed more with the regime of Hitler and his idol [Henry] Ford than they did with those combating fascism.  They were more pleased at this colonized, blood soaked land becoming an asylum for Nazi refugees than they were with defeating them.  

     You are the embodiment of what they dreamed of.  You are who they were FORCED to combat, after enlisting or being drafted.  Today's rhetoric and climate [further] prove that the only [true] tradition of this stolen nation is treachery.  That the crux of white culture is deception and destruction.  

     Why do you think that in the face of so much devastation, your main priority remains anti-Blackness? 

     Why do you feel the need to cosplay as protestors? Why are you infiltrating movements just to steer them towards the activity of bullying and harassing Black people? Why do you want Black and Brown immigrants expelled from a nation that your ancestors stole and cannot sustain? Why are you willing to walk yourself into suffering? Why? Because you are convinced that those whom you [inherently] loathe will suffer more.  Newsflash....the US is the bucket and there is no secondary bottom.  Pretending that your whitewashed, fantastical versions of history are factual changes nothing.  YOU are unable to survive singularly.  The Euromerican community continues to suffer the most due to being unwilling to learn from those who have been tasked with your survival.  

     Moreover, you are who the Allied Forces fought against, while your post church picnic loving, small-town-desiring family was resentful of Hitler's vision not becoming the global standard.  You are viewing this slice of time as your opportunity to set history "straight".
