         Just like clockwork, each time that a white person is called in or out for weaponizing their privilege, there is a barrage of lies to cloak them from accountability.  Before you become defensive and fight to convince yourself that I am reaching…I want you to CHOOSE to be honest with yourself about yourself for a moment.  Have you ever witnessed the blatant weaponization of privilege and had a knee jerk reaction to deny that it was occurring? Have you found yourself NOT correcting people who have embellished the situation in favor of the aggressor?             Republicans have quite the history of declaring that Democrats are lazy, jobless and relying on GOP tax dollars to survive in the US.  With this rhetoric, one may wonder if republicans only live near/next to fellow republicans.  We know that is false. Cities are a combination of GOP, Democrat, Independent and non-voting (or unable to vote) residents.  They tend to make their focal point on party affiliation as a method of ignoring sharing the struggles they vote themselves into. Why admit that you and Democrats in a particular area share a median income and plight when you can lie to make yourself and party obsession look better? Perception is everything, right?
